Paytm Mobile Solutions refund of cash in failing group action

To day on 04/06/2019 i attempted to book ticket for her to CTC in dhauli exp for 25/09/2019 in mobile irctc app. throughout payment the group action failing because of slow net or some reason not well-known to American state, but rs 742.78 has been debited from my axis checking account while not the ticket engaged. The financial statement shows the debited cash is with paytm mobile solutions ltd. Please try and refund the number as shortly as doable as I actually have to do to book price ticket when the number being attributable to my checking account.

Dear sir,
I have recharged through in your web site on 01.05.11 at 10.30 to 1pm only for Rs.111.Amonut has been subtracted from my SBI account however i m still powerless to recive the desired speak time
pls comfirm American state & solve the matter as before long ealier doable.
