Paytm got duplicate voucher/ no balance in itReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I purchased an enormous bazaar voucher of 999₹ through paytm. i could not use it because it had zero balance in it. after I contact paytm client care, they’re telling American state that I actually have redeemd it and that they have deactivated it. Thay have closed my complaints/ requests 5-6 time, while not breakdown the difficulty or informing American state. Basically, they need plundered 999₹ from American state. Please act seriously on this issue. looking forward to your action against paytm.
