Phone pe – Transaction failed but money deducted

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I transfer money to some other’s account. As the transaction was failed but still My money was deducted from my account. And not refunded yet. They asked me to refund in 1 day but still, it’s pending. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
