Redbus wrong refund into my billfold when selecting refund into original supply of paymentReport

I tried to book the bus from your app.
And the dealing was unsuccessful because of the bus operator’s error.
But my cash got subtracted from my bank.
But the price tag might National Trust be engaged.
I clicked for the refund and checked the box for refund to checking account.
But instead i got refund in billfold.
So i might wish to get the refund in checking account rather than the redbus billfold.
I am a loyal client of redbus, however this expertise wasn’t sensible on behalf of me.
