Snapdeal.com — refund against my order id:Report
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I placed an order on 4th Feb. It was shocking for me after 10 days of placing my order Snapdeal has cancelled my order due to unavailability of Stock! And initiated refund to be processed within 10 Days. Today is 25th Feb and I haven’t received any update from Team.
Surprisingly I have got one message saying your order has reached to your City and will be delivered by tomorrow! Is this the professionalism you guys work on?
After reaching again and again to Snapdeal team to cancel my order and to refund my payment I am clueless that what is going to happen with my refund!
