My sister and my mother went to Agra, Delhi, Kulu, Manali tour in a tour package formed by Sri Murugan Travel agency, which is large travel agency with head quartered in Madurai and with various branches in Tamilnadu. 2. There is CLEAR indication in the Tour package that only on the 6th day of the tour package (10/05/14) there will be Night Journey to Manali but actually there has been night journey on three day 10/05/14, 13/05/14 and 14/05/15. This has made them to suffer immensely. Note that my mother is a senior citizen and travelling continuously for night has made her sick. 3. Sri Murugan agency had stated that on payment of Rs. 2500/- per person that they will provide A/C for Train, all buses and all rooms in Delhi and agra. They have NOT provided A/C bus from Agra to Delhi and they have provided A/C rooms in Delhi only at the payment of Rs. 300 extra per room. But at the time of payment they have clearly mentioned that Rs. 2500/- was inclusive of all for Air conditioning. 4. The Guides arranged by Sri Murugan Travel agency has treated my mother and my sister very badly and have used bad words when they demanded what they were supposed to get. 5. The places where the food was prepared was unacceptable and unhygienic. It was impossible for them to eat food at such places.
