Dear Sir, This is with reference to policy number Policy No- P/171117/01/2015/000587 of Insurance Company -Star Health and Allied Insurance company limited, Policy holders name – Kishore Krishnalal Chowdhary, Nature – Senior Citizen Red Carpet Insurance Policy-Schedule, Duration – 30/4/2014 to 29/4/2015. Premium paid receipt and communication letter is attached for reference. I undersigned, Kishore Chowdhary would like to bring to your attention various concerns with your esteemed office as am experiencing inadequate service from your branch towards query no Claim no 0197948. I am shocked at the breach of obligations by your company after giving policy and collecting premium and hope you are not deliberately acting with mala fide intentions. Due to the trauma caused by your office I have been forced to registered complaint with the National Comsumer Helpine. Please find below details of the compalint. Docket Registered Successfully !!
