Sterling Holidays Resorts — lack of support service and no responseReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
Firstly it does not seems good to raise complaint every now then.
I have not received the agreement copy.
The relationship manager (Mr. Pratik) does not respond to queries raised. Have asked him few queries but there is no response from his end. Its been now more than 12days.
I want to change my plan of payment but i don’t know whom to talk and get this done as the rm either does not knows anything or else he does not want to serve the customer.
I feel that if i am paying you in return it is your responsibility to stick to your commitments and respond and not just ignore. Revert.
