Myself praveen kumar mundra and my id is 1239405 in company… I was paid down paymentnof rs.41738/- on 29/06/2018 and one installment of rs.17787/-emi also dedcuted by you from my bank account..
Due to some urgent personal and health issues i couldn’t continue my membership on company and request to cancel my membership. I request for refund within 10 days from receipt of card to me by post.
But they deny me for refund, while i not take any services from company. They not understand me the full terms and conditions of the membership and refund.

Even i want my money back i want refund from sterling holidays they cheated me giving fake promises they are real cheat i want my money to be refund pls anyone could help me they just slide you into their trap of sales by saying honey and sugar coated words and the outcome is nothing didnt meet the expectations i would like to complaint too on this website very soon

yeah these people cant be trust they give lots of promises and show up many perks after buying their membership nothing gets fullfilled and plus the service which they provide is also poor i have experienced this with club mahindra holidays they gave me discount which was fake thats the normal rate through out the year and then service which they provide is not upto the mark value for money is zero waste of time and money both

Commitment given by sales person — recieved from sterling vacation
1. Rci noble metal identity card — rci regular membership
2 years renewal — not done
3. One week rci complementary for port or maldives or the other international — currently each place rci refuse to offers complementary vacation.
4.2000 money back — not given
5. 3 bonus week of rci twenty one days p.a. — not given
7. 2n-3d, 2n-3d, 2n-3d, (Total 6n) vacation voucher — solely 2n-3d, given
8. Hdfc card with rs 8500 quantity loaded — not given
9. Swipe quantity convert in twelve emi while not interest and process charge — once swipe my mastercard refuse this

Company like sterling resorts, club Mahindra holidays , magic holidays once you pay them what ever your problem is they will never help you or solve your complaint
