I purchased an Indigo flight ticket on date 12/05/2015, from Taj India tours booking office from Delhi airport terminal-3. They have charged me 9001 Rs, But the actual amount paid to indigo is approximately 5900 Rs. According to the details I have, They take service charge of 300 Rs from the customer/traveler, But for my ticket, this amount is near around 3000 Rs. This agency might have cheated many travelers like me, I decided to take them to the consumer court.
