I have purchased a 2 year insurance plan for my apple iphone 7 at rs. 6820 for 100% claim. Recently i got my apple iphone screen got damaged. So i contacted for claim. They have asked me to get a quotation from apple istore. So i got for 1200 fee for quotation. After all this, they are saying we are rejecting the claim and they are saying to repay the premium amount with 18% gst. Could you please help me out as i see so many fraud complaints on this company online. Could you please help.
