I had received travelport holiday package as a gift from the Mobile Store.

On sending the completely filled voucher, it was returned back saying i had mentioned a single destination instead of two different destinations. (Though “Goa” and many others were mentioned as differerent destinations against different hotels in their DESTINATIONS head in the voucher).

On inquiring, they bluntly refused to entertain any query once the voucher is rejected.

They had even not searched for the availability of the accomodation for the 1st destinations.

It seemed that they are waiting for any minor mistakes by the claimer and they can refuse on vague grounds.

I even asked them to modify my destinations if they think it unfits their rules but in vain.

The strange answer i got from the customer care lady was “WE ARE DOING BUSSINESS”… Sorry!!!
