TVS Motor Company Dealer is not giving insurance, RTO and extended warranty documents

I had purchased tvs Jupiter on 15th May 2015 from Siddhivinayak Autolines wagholi, pune. I have following complaints regarding the dealing, service and after sales service of the dealer: 1) Its been more than a month but I have not yet received the vehicle registration number/number related documents/ RTO tax slip etc from the dealer. 2) We have not yet received the peroper insurance documents. They charged us 1675.- for insurance saying it will be 0 dep policy but no such policy we have received. 3) We have taken extended warranty scheme by paying the extra amount but no payment recepit and extended warranty booklet they had given. 4) We have not yet received the single call from their side inquiring about vehicle performance, or documentation like RTo insurance or any other things. We have been following them up every week but not getting proper response and respect. The phone numbers mentioned on the payment receipt is not in use now and the sales person who gave us vehicle is not picking up our phone, Even the owner is also not picking the phone. I am very hurt by this behaviour and will not suggest any one to go for this dealer . Please do something otherwise this kind of behaviour will defame the TVS company as well and customer will loose trust.
