I had booked home salon services last month. They did not provide beautician details even after appointment time passed. So much efforts on branding and advertising and least on delivering. Their customer care was of no help and neither their app. Only after i tweeted the issue they reached me and apologized and offered uc credit of rs. 300 and assured of cooperation in my next bookings. But, even after this when i have made a booking a today at 11:30 am, which was accepted from their end, they have none to deliver the service at this time also!!! They are back saying the beautician can come at 1:30!! Do you guys value your customers’ time or no?? You think you take bookings first and deliver only when you can… Pathetic experience… I have uninstalled that app…
