I booked a technician to check my laptop as there was no power/charging. They have assigned a technician from phoenix it solutions – hussain. He came and didnt check anything and took my laptop. He came next day with the new charger as he said my laptop adapter is spoiled and gave a bill of 4000 rupees and he forced to to close the service by giving by pressing the rating star.. It was another trick to get a 5 star rating.

And i had a doubt and went back to show to other technician if he has done anything.. I got to know there was no issues in my laptop… It was just a problem with laptop charger… How can a urbanclap can hire such a fraud technicians.
