Videocon Industries refund delayReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I am a client of Videocon d2h and through recharge, my balance subtracted from my account however recharge isn’t undefeated.
I am taking followup by mail and decision from twenty-sixth Gregorian calendar month however still, I did not get a refund.
It’s very unprofessional from videocon team.
I want this to be escalated and correct action ought to be taken on Videocon in manners of poor service and distressing client.
