I am traveling from mumbai to blore. Just an hour of journey left and the bus stopped at vrl refreshment. There are so many toilets but most of them closed. Only one wester toilet and that’s in worst condition. Went and spoke to staff he was cofidebt that’s it’s clean inspite of telling him. Went and took pictures and showed him. He still could not help. The only option given to a women passenger was to use a gents wester toilet. Used it as few gents passenger helped in asking all men to leave. I have been a regular customer of vrl and this issue has always been there. However today has been worst. Sad that vrl could not give the basic needs for a women. Attached are the photos
