I had gone for a new connection with you broad band. Checked with their customer care and found that the connection can be provided with in couple of days from dt of payment. I had made payment on 8th jan 2019. Till 16.01.2019 no one turned up for installation. When cross checked with their service engineer he confirmed that connection cant be given due to some other reasons which they hide at the time of making payment. Now also when checking with customer care still they confirming that they are checking and still hiding the fact. Now how to get the refund is a million dollar question.
Paid rs.3499/- for 6 months subscription at once.
