You Broadband – Security deposit not receivedReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
Hi ,I have a you broadband connection since 2016 .Currently I moved from vasanth nagar,hyderabad location to Boduppal and raised a request to shift my connection on april,2018.Which is not done at right time even after multiple follow up’s.So i had a call with you broadband customer care and requested to close the connection and refund the security deposit(Rs 1000/- ).Which is still not received. Again i had raised a complaint on Oct,2018 for the same and in the ticket they commented that “Tried to reach me ,but not able to connect” and closed the complaint which i am not aware of.Even i didn’t a single call from broadband account department.Again i raised a complaint with the help of customer care executive and he told with in 48 hrs you will get a call.
I waited for 3 days and still i didn’t get call from them.I wrote a mail to nodel officer ,youbroadband with all the details and complaint numbers.Then i got a call after 7 days asking for my bill copy for confirmation .which is shared on the same day.
Still the issue is not resolved and i didn’t get the security deposit back.I didn’t expected this kind of poor response from the company.
