Zookr.in received wrong and faulty product | phantom 4g smartwatch

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .

I had placed associate order on the zookr web site for “phantom 4g smartwatch” however i had received a totally completely different product with no name and tampered packaging.

 

I have everything on video to prove that i didn’t switch the merchandise which it had been the faulty, low-cost one within the box.

When i contacted client care, they told Maine that {the product|the Mainerchandise} they sent me is that the same that i ordered and can’t come or refund it.

 

Please facilitate Maine. i would like a full refund ASAP
