Dear Sir, I had contacted an engineer of the K ward to complain about fire security at me residence, 11/1 Sea Palace, Juhu Tara Road, Mumbai 400049.I had contacted a Mr.Tambe, two weeks ago and he had promised me that he will do something about it and that I should not approach the Chief Fire officer. Obviously being an engineer, who came with his deputy, i beleived him.
