I have bought star hindi package on 12/02/2019 from meghbela digital as per new trai rules. My cable card no. Is[protected] and stb no. Is 5435021. Initially the package was activated but soon after activation the package stopped and it is given that package has been removed. It has stopped working since 3 days from 12/02/2019. When i tried to contact cable operator mr. Debabrata (Contact no. – [protected]), he is saying that it’s not my fault and i cannot do anything about it. He is saying it’s trai s fault. I am now in complete helpless position. Kindly help me in getting the star package as i have already paid for it
