Bought a LG refrigerator side by side from Croma Nepeansea Road a yr back and at time of purchase took extended warranty. I was not informed that it would be of some onsite company and not LG. My refrigerator is not cooling since over 2weeks on lodging a complaint with LG I was informed that the warranty was not with them and I had to confirm with Croma the details regarding the warranty. It was then that I learnt and heard about this hoax company onsite. After lodging a complaint and a million calls their worker with no knowledge visited. I have written several mails but it’s just in vain. The customer service executive Mr Kshitij Singh and his superior Ms Aparna Fernandes were very rude and refused to help. I somehow got the number of Mr Maroof who was the authorised dealer and in charge of resolving the issue. The workers could not resolve the issue and they stopped taking my calls or respond to any msges. They dont understand a customers plight. I would request everyone not to ever take extended warranty from this company as it’s a hoax and don’t believe in customer satisfaction or service.
