No its not genuine at all.

I have purchased a daikin split ac and purchased 2 years extended warranty from them. At the time of purchase they said, everything is covered for next 2 years.My bad luck, my ac flap got broken in just completing my first year and i contacted the onsitego and to my surprise they directly said its not covered.And you will be surprised, when i talk to daikin, they immediately take it up and change it without any extra cost.So guys better to buy it from company itself, instead of these third party vendors.Companies go to an extra mile to cover your extended warranties.Think 4 times before buying these fake extended warranties.
