Issue : pickup was done on 8 th june and the scheduled delivery was 6th july.. The phone has yet not been delivered… Every time i call on the toll free number, a different guy picks up the phone, gives me fake promises that the phone will be delivered in the next 24-48 hours and postphones the delivery.. Names of call centre staff who have picked up my phone : lawrence fernandez and others i don’t remember.. Some staff has also been rude in their vocals..
