I ordered sony power bank along with pouch and i have got Philips and Samsung Bluetooth it is duplicate product not a original product really it is worst store ever i seen in my life and they said to contact us via email and contact number also [protected] and info.factorysales@gmail.com and i send many mails to them no response and phone number not working…will u please help me i requesting you thank you sir/madam
