Couriered a letter through Maruti Courier services Bahadurgarh outlet on 9th Jan, 2019 . Its been 21st Jan today, havent yet received the courier till date in Kolkata. Tried calling them up, have sent emails, FB message but with no response. One delivery boy called up last week on asking why is this delayed he said I can complain, but he has decided not to deliver. Is this how a company works after paying 350 INR for courier charges
