Stayzilla — Improper hotel bookingReport

I had booked a stay at morritt farm stay in kolar through stayzilla on may 12, 2016. The booking order id is[protected][protected]. The booking was for the dates may15-16. I received a mail from stayzilla confirming receipt of payment and of my room along with hotel manager’s contact details.
The day before i was to reach the hotel, i got a call from the manager of morrit farms informing me that he too received a mail from stayzilla saying that they have credited my advance amount to their firms account, but the account number mentioned in the mail was not theirs. And that they have not received any amount from stayzilla for my booking.
The manager of morritt and i tried contacting stayzilla through mail and phone, but did not get any response. The mail id mentioned in their contact details is fake and the mail bounced. Following this i was forced to cancel my trip. I need to know how i can contact them to get my full refund back.
