I’ve contacted the vibes customer care for consultation on october 18th 2017, and got the appointment with miss kasthuri in new thippasandra branch. She asked me to go for “tekar” for my armpit fat. Before start any treatment she asked me to pay full amount. And took my thumb impression and bank details. Then she said without giving cancelled cheque they can’t start treatment. And she gave me a 5 minutes trial. After that my armpit got reddish and swollen. So they asked me to go for axilla scanning and consult a doctor. I went to consult doctor. Doctor said i suppose not do heat on armpit. And once pain got reduced can go for surgery. I took three doctors opinions all three doctors said the same. And i contacted miss kasthuri to discuss about it on november 3rd and also asked her is there anything i’ve to do form my side for cancel the emi procedure. Since i did not start any treatment. She said no she’ll cancel it. But after a month on december 1st i got message from capital float saying emi is due on 5th. I contacted the same woman in vibes, she said she’ll call me back. But never did after i went to the centre there was another woman who talk to me was so aggressive and wasn’t ready to cancel it and she said who asked you to not take the treatment we’ll cut the amount every month, even when i told her i’m on medication for three months for the same armpit pain. I got a call on 6th evening and the called asked is this reeja madam i said yes within seconds my money got deducted from my account. As if i have not taken any treatment i need my emi to cancel and my money back. And i want a permanent solution for this issue.
