Zookr.in broken product and non refund of cashReport

I order wireless dj 500w with four.5″woofer 18000 pmpo. From zooker.in. Received harm wrong product usb/mnc/aux player on 21nov2018. that has just one speaker that is harm, no sub loudspeaker system. On same day i mail them the grievance. when 2days i got reply from zooker. Send the main points, i sent them details. subsequently they told ME to come back that product. I raise them to rearrange decide however they refused to try and do therefore or give shipping charges. therefore i send the parcel through speed post and share details with zookrs. Even they not able to refund the quantity.
