I am a resident of borivali east carter road 5, my dogs, a mother and 2 puppies, male and female each have been picked up by the BMC by mistake on somebody’s complaint in my absence. I need the dogs to be back where they belong but don’t know of means to do it. also i am tired of people making fake complaints about them from a year. please help someone. the female puppy is very weak, one of the neighborhood people have hit her hard on the left hind leg making her limp. we need support and help from residents around and not menace for such loving creatures.
