Lucky Wheels Tvs Service Center, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad — TVS Service Staff using loose oil while in the vehicle sent for periodic service

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I have taken my TVS Jupiter for Periodic Serive to the Lucky Wheel Sevice Center, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.
i noticed the staff filling the loose engine oil from a drum kept inside instead of packed TVS Genuine Oil.
upon my asking, the staff told me that it they have removed the oil from the original packs and filled it in the drum.
am sure they are not using the genuine oil.
kindly look into the matter.
