After repeated reminding she did not bother to keep my posture straight.She was not answering my questions about the procedure when asked.After the procedure she did not tell me about when was the next time i needed to shampoo or wash my hair.Did not recommended the shampoo andDo not tell me whether or not i need to expose it to the sun or which precautions i should take to prevent infection spreading.When i called the hospital. Dr kanika picked up the call thrice and banged the phone. Once answering the question that i need to wash after 7 days. Very different answer from whatever.
